ZendTo Secure File Sharing

Introduction

ZendTo is the VSC secure file sharing platform designed to simplify the process of exchanging files and information while maintaining a high level of data security. Located at zendto.vsc.edu, ZendTo offers a user-friendly solution that ensures the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

What is ZendTo?

ZendTo is a web-based file transfer and collaboration system that focuses on ease of use, security, and efficient data sharing. It allows users to upload, share, and manage files securely with colleagues, clients, or partners without compromising the privacy of the data.

Why ZendTo?

Not all emails need to be sent through ZendTo. But it is important to send those containing Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Read the policies:

Using ZendTo

ZendTo provides various sharing options. You can choose to send email notifications to recipients with download links or share secure download links directly. Recipients may need to authenticate themselves before accessing the shared files.

Uploading Files

Once logged in, you can upload files using the user-friendly interface. You can upload a single file or multiple files simultaneously. Please note that files are automatically deleted from ZendTo 14 days after you upload them for security reasons.
