Create a ticket
Enter a support request ticket at any time by signing in to the ServiceDesk with your VSC username and password. Or use one of the buttons below to create a request using a template.
On-site assistance
Helpdesk staff are located on the 5 main campuses of VTSU and the CCV Winooski Center. The best way to get in person support is to create a ServiceDesk ticket! If you need on-site assistance from a member of the VSC IT Helpdesk, please be sure to include your name, preferred contact information, your availability, and a brief description of the issue including your site, building, and room.
Walk-in support can be found at the following locations:
Randolph: Judd (entrance facing the interior campus green)
Williston: Room 208 in the Administrative Building
Johnson: Willey Library, behind the Circulation Desk
Lyndon: LAC 212
Castleton: Room 164 in the Stafford Building
