Schedule a meeting using the Outlook application on PC or Mac
Navigate to your Calendar by selecting the calendar button on the left side of your screen. Some older versions of Outlook may have this button on the bottom left of the application.
Select “New Event” at the top left of the application
You can fill in the details of the meeting within the new window that appears.
Select the blue “Save” button at the bottom left of the window if there are no other people invited. Select the blue “Send” button in the same place at the bottom left of the window if there are one or more people invited.
Schedule a meeting using the Outlook on the web [ through a web browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge]
Start by logging in to your VSC email by finding the link on the VSC Portal or by following this URL directly.
Select the down arrow next to “New Mail” and select “New Event”
The new appointment window will pop up and look similar to the Outlook application for Windows and Mac based machines.
Once your meeting has the necessary information outlined for each participant then you should select “Send” at the top left to send the meeting to everyone.
Schedule a meeting using the Teams application
Meetings with other VSC affiliates alongside people outside of the VSC can also be scheduled using the Teams application. There are several more meeting options that can be customized using the Teams application as outlined below.
To start, open the Teams application and select Calendar on the left navigation bar.
Select New Meeting at the top right.
Fill in the appropriate fields to outline the details of your meeting as described below.
