Our policies
Our policies include the VSCS Acceptable Use Policy, Data Access Security Policy, and Data Security Practices, among others. We also adhere to the Incommon Federation Participant standards and enforce strict guidelines like the Identity Theft Prevention Program and Incident Response Procedure. In addition, we provide specific policies for third parties, such as the Data Security Requirements For Third Parties, and cover essential aspects like password management, secure email transmissions, and mobile device best practices. Every policy is designed to protect our users and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of our data.
