Browser Support

Generally speaking which browser you use to access VSC recourses is up to your personal preference. However, all browsers need to be updated regularly and sometimes browsers can incorrectly cache information that results in strange behavior. If you notice that your browser of choice is misbehaving in any way (for example, not loading pages correctly or loading very slowly) a good catch-all solution is to clear the browser cache. The links below direct you to the official browser support pages for all of the most popular browsers. If after clearing your cache you are still having trouble please don’t hesitate to contact the Helpdesk and we’ll be happy to troubleshoot further.
