As a security measure your VSC account will get locked out if 5 or more incorrect passwords are entered when attempting to log in. If your account gets locked out while trying to access a service (Canvas, for example) you will be locked out of all other systems (WiFi, the Portal, campus computers, and more). To unlock your account please contact the Helpdesk.
