The VSC Portal is your one-stop-shop for all the resources utilized by students, staff, and faculty across the system. The Portal not only contains links to all the various online systems (Canvas, Email, UKG, Yuja, Self-Service, etc) but also contains business forms like tuition waivers and faculty contracts. Below is a list of frequently asked questions, but if you have questions that are not covered here please do not hesitate to contact the Helpdesk.
Q: How do I sign into the Portal?
A: The Portal can be found at https://portal.vsc.edu , and you sign in with your VSC credentials (the same account used to access all other online VSC resources such as email or Canvas)
Q: How do I add or remove tiles?
A: Click the “Arrange” icon in the top left corner (looks like two overlaid boxes), then click the “List View” icon that appears just below the Arrange button. Use the checkboxes to add or remove tiles as you wish, and click “Done” in the top right when finished.
Q: Is there a mobile version of the Portal?
A: Yes! Simply search in your app store for “VSC Portal” and the app should show up at the top of the list. You can also access the Portal via mobile web browsers. Note that the app and webpage have independent layouts, so if you arranged tiles in the web you’ll need to make those changes on the app as well if desired.
Q: I accidently chose the wrong college when logging in! How do I select my proper school?
A: Click the small arrow in the top right corner, then choose “Select Profile”
