Create a ticket

On-site assistance
Helpdesk staff are located on campuses all over the state. The best way to get in person support is to create a ServiceDesk ticket! If you need on-site assistance from a member of the VSC IT Helpdesk, please be sure to include your name, preferred contact information, your availability, and a brief description of the issue including your site, building, and room.
